The room was ok, we knew the size is smaller. Very nice and kind receptionist, very helpful. We need an extra blanket and there was no problem. Our dog gets the best welcome gifts - thank you so much it was very sweet and not expected. :) We had a really nice stay and everything was ok.

This is a no frills hotel but everything worked well and the room was extremely comfortable. It even offers a pillow menu and I chose a neck supporting pillow which was delivered to the room. The bathroom had a wonderful shower with excellent water pressure. The hotel has a restaurant which was very convenient as we were staying overnight on a Sunday. Nice menu and very attentive service. The breakfast buffet in the morning had a great variety of dishes and excellent coffee, and of course homemade Bircher Musli! In a city where parking usually comes a steep fee, the free parking on the premises was an added bonus.

The staff is excellent, friendly, and helpful Breakfast is outstanding. Cleanliness is exceptionally good. It is close to the Stettbach train station as well as to a streetcar stop and several bus stops, so the connection to Zurich and other places is excellent.

Great breakfasts. Good shower and bathroom. Good location - close to S-Bahn. Convenient. Christian from the restaurant was very helpful when we checked in after hours. Friendly cleaning staff.

excellent breakfast. Great selection of breads, hams, smoked salmon, cheeses, yogurt, fruits, beverages etc. Really good breakfast. Clean rooms, a bit on the spartan side, but comfortable and neat. Good beds, very large room with lots of space.

Upon arrival at the room there was a welcome note, water and chocolate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good in quality/quantity. The room was clean. Hot drinks and chocolate offered at the lobby. Bed was comfortable, I requested for an extra pillow and it was fast delivered. Parking was complimentary.

There is nothing I can fault about this hotel. The staff are amazing. The room was spotless, presented beautifully, and was super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious as well, with a great variety of food and drink available. The location is ideal for getting to and from Zurich with easy availability for public transport. Overall a 10/10. Thank you all, we will be back again!

Clean and bright. Reception staff were all really nice and helpful. Coffee, fruit and ice cream from reception area all free. Very good breakfast with hot and cold food. Plenty of free parking. Train station nearby for 10 minute journey to centre of Zurich.

All is great. A bit far from center but only 10 min walking from tram station. Clean. Breakfast is good. We liked it

Breakfast was excellent. Good selection and fresh. The hotel location is great for local venues although, due to extensive road construction, access to the hotel is very confusing.
